1. Identification and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Andes Software S.L. (hereinafter, "FastInvit") and the users of the service available at fastinvit.es. Registering for and using the service implies full acceptance of these terms, of the Privacy Policy and of the Legal Notice.
2. Description of the service
FastInvit is a platform for creating, customising and publishing digital invitations for events, as well as managing guests' attendance confirmations (RSVP). The service is offered under a Free plan (free of charge, carrying a FastInvit identifying mark and with limited features) and two paid packs with premium features and no mark: Silver (one premium invitation) and Gold (one premium invitation plus one Save the Date).
3. Registration and account
To use the service you must create an account providing accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
4. Plans, credits and prices
Publishing premium invitations works through a system of publication credits. Each pack purchased adds credits to your account, which are consumed when publishing (one credit per publication): the Silver pack adds one premium invitation credit, and the Gold pack adds one premium invitation credit and one Save the Date credit. Free invitations are published without consuming credits.
The current price is always shown on the pricing page and includes the applicable VAT for your country. The corresponding invoice is issued through Stripe.
Publication credits have no expiry date for as long as the service remains active (see "Modification, suspension and discontinuation of the service").
5. Purchase process and invoicing
Purchases are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. FastInvit does not store your card details. After each purchase an electronic invoice is generated with the tax details of Andes Software S.L., available for download.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in particular articles 102 and 103), we inform you of the following regarding the purchase of digital content and services:
- You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of credits you have not consumed, with the right to a full refund of those credits.
- When you publish a premium invitation or a Save the Date you consume a credit and performance of the service begins for that credit. Under article 103.m) of the aforementioned text, by publishing you give your express consent for performance to begin and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal over that credit.
This waiver is expressly confirmed at the moment of publishing, through the publication action in the application. As indicated to you at that point: because the service is performed at that moment, the credit is consumed and is non-refundable; this does not affect your other invitations or any credits you have not used. The date and IP address of that confirmation are recorded.
7. Refund policy
- Unconsumed credit: full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Credit already consumed (invitation published): no refund applies, as the service has been performed and the right of withdrawal over that credit has been waived.
- Technical failure attributable to FastInvit: each case will be assessed individually.
A refund reduces your account's credit balance but does not downgrade or unpublish invitations that were already active.
8. Acceptable use and user content
You are solely responsible for the content you add to your invitations and for holding the necessary rights over it. Publishing unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that is offensive, fraudulent or abusive is prohibited. FastInvit may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these conditions.
To ensure the stability and security of the service for all users, FastInvit may apply reasonable technical limits and anti-abuse measures, such as request-rate limits or a maximum number of RSVP confirmations per invitation. Where a feature is described as "unlimited", that description is subject to reasonable, good-faith use and does not cover automated, bulk, or fraudulent usage. These limits are set at generous values that do not affect the normal use of an event and may be adjusted when necessary to preserve the proper functioning of the service.
The content you upload remains yours. You grant us only the licence necessary to host and display it for the purpose of providing you with the service.
9. Guest data
When you collect attendance confirmations, you are the controller of your guests' personal data and must inform them of that processing. FastInvit acts as a processor, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and validity of invitations
FastInvit is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may carry out maintenance work.
Published invitations follow the life cycle set out below (the periods are also shown in the application):
- Expiry and editing: every invitation expires at the end of the event date. Until then you can edit its content; from expiry onwards it is locked and accepts no further changes.
- Changing the event date: after publishing you have 10 calendar days to correct the event date, with the expiry date moving along with it. Once that period has passed, the event date and the expiry date are fixed and accept no further changes: each credit entitles you to a single invitation for a single event.
- Visibility after expiry: once expired, the invitation remains accessible to your guests for a retention period of 6 months counted from the expiry date.
- Permanent deletion: once the retention period ends, the invitation is deleted permanently and irreversibly together with all its content (images, attendance confirmations and other associated data), without further notice, and its address (URL) is released for other users. You accept that FastInvit keeps no recoverable copies after such deletion.
You will find more detail on data retention and deletion in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modification, suspension and discontinuation of the service
FastInvit may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, on justified technical, legal or project-viability grounds.
In the event of a planned permanent discontinuation of the service, we undertake to: (i) announce it with reasonable notice; (ii) stop selling new credits from the moment of the announcement; (iii) allow you to use your available credits during the notice period; and (iv) refund any unconsumed credits remaining in your account at the end of that period.
The above is without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer legislation that cannot be limited, and to the application of the relevant legislation in situations beyond our control (for example, insolvency proceedings), in which case we will act in good faith to minimise harm to users.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FastInvit shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, nor the rights granted to consumers by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable legislation. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, where the changes are significant, we will notify you by appropriate means.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant legislation, respecting the jurisdiction afforded to consumers and users by law.
