1. Purpose
These Terms govern the FastInvit Affiliate Program (the “Program”), offered by Andes Software S.L. (“FastInvit”), Spanish tax ID (NIF) B26651216, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry (Spain); its full details are in the Legal Notice. Through the Program, the businesses, professionals and private individuals who recommend FastInvit (“Affiliates”) earn a commission on purchases made by the customers who arrive through them.
By applying you accept these Terms. Anything they do not cover is governed by FastInvit's general Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy.
2. Who can take part
- The Program is open to companies, self-employed professionals and private individuals. If you are resident in a European Union country other than Spain, for now you can only take part as a private individual.
- Your country of tax residence and how you take part (company, self-employed or private individual) determine how your payout is documented and which withholding the law requires on it (section 7).
- You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts.
- The affiliate account is separate from a customer account and uses its own email address: each email address belongs to a single type of account.
- FastInvit reviews every application and decides freely whether to accept it. If it is rejected, we will tell you by email.
3. Your link, your code and the discount for your followers
Once we approve your application you will receive a personal code and a link that includes it (for example, fastinvit.es/?ref=YOURCODE). From your dashboard you can attach a discount for your followers to your code, of up to 15%, and change it or turn it off whenever you like: while it is on, anyone who arrives through your link or enters your code at checkout gets that discount; if you turn it off, your code stops giving a discount, but your link keeps attributing purchases to you. Your commission is calculated on what the customer pays, after the discount (section 5). The other conditions of the discount (for example, that it only applies to a first purchase) are set by FastInvit, which may change it or turn it off if it is misused.
4. Attribution: which purchases are yours
- First come, first served. Each visit is linked to the first active affiliate it arrives through. If the visitor later arrives through another affiliate's link, the referral still belongs to the first one, unless that affiliate is no longer active in the Program.
- How it is remembered. During the visit, in the browser session; and for 90 days in a cookie, if the visitor accepts it (or directly, outside the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). A purchase paid with your discount code, if you have one, is also attributed to you.
- Link to you. The customer becomes linked to you when they sign up or, if they already had an account, on their first purchase made with your link or your code. Once established, the link does not change.
- What earns a commission. Purchases of Silver and Gold packs made by the linked customer during the 12 months after the link is established.
- What does not. The Save the Date add-on; purchases with no amount (for example, with a 100% discount code); purchases FastInvit cannot fulfil and refunds; purchases made by you or by people or accounts you control (self-referral); and purchases made while your participation is suspended or after it has ended.
- Attribution relies on technical means (the session, the cookie and the code). FastInvit is not liable for purchases that cannot be attributed because the customer blocks cookies, switches devices or uses neither your link nor your code.
5. How the commission is calculated
- The commission is a percentage of the net amount actually collected on each purchase: excluding VAT and other taxes, and after discounts. When the buyer is in the European Union, the price includes VAT and the commission is calculated on the price without that VAT (21%); outside the European Union, on the full price.
- Levels. The percentage of each sale depends on your level at the time of the purchase. Your level is set by the sales you have generated in the last 90 days, counting that purchase:
- Starter (1 to 3 sales): 30%.
- Advanced (4 to 15 sales): 40%.
- Pro (16 to 25 sales): 50%.
- Legend (26 or more): 60%.
- Grace period. If your sales in the last 90 days no longer reach your level, you keep it for 30 days. If you reach it again within that period, nothing changes; if not, you move down one level (and, if you do not reach that one either, one more after the same period).
- Sale at 100%. Each time you reach 10, 20, 30… sales in total (counted from your first sale, with no time limit), that sale is paid at 100% of its net amount. Each one is paid only once: if that sale is refunded, the 100% moves to the next one.
- Only commissionable sales count towards levels and the sale at 100%: not those refunded in full, those ending in a chargeback, or those made while your participation is suspended or has ended.
- The percentage of each sale is set at the time of purchase and does not change afterwards, even if you move up or down a level.
- Commissions are calculated and paid in euros. Purchases charged in another currency are converted at the exchange rate that Stripe, our payment provider, applied to that charge.
- FastInvit may change the levels and their percentages with the notice set out in section 11. Changes apply to later purchases; earlier purchases keep the percentage they were made with.
6. Release of commissions, refunds and chargebacks
- Each commission stays pending for 45 days after the purchase, the period during which the purchase can still be refunded or disputed. After that, it is released and becomes available to be paid out.
- If a purchase is refunded, in full or in part, the commission is reduced in the same proportion. If that commission was already part of a payout request or had already been paid, the difference is deducted from your next commissions through an adjustment.
- A chargeback (when the customer disputes the charge with their bank) is treated as a full refund.
- FastInvit may make manual adjustments to correct mistakes; you will see them in your dashboard with an explanation.
7. Getting paid
- You can request a payout from your dashboard once your available commissions add up to at least €50. Each request includes everything available at that moment, and only one request can be open at a time.
- With an invoice: companies and self-employed professionals resident in Spain. With the request you upload an invoice in PDF addressed to Andes Software S.L. whose taxable base is the amount requested, with the figures we show you when you request the payout (the base, VAT and, if you are self-employed, the income tax withholding). You are responsible for the taxes on your invoice under your tax regime.
- With a statement: everyone else (private individuals, wherever they live, and companies and self-employed professionals resident outside Spain). You do not need to issue an invoice: FastInvit generates a payout statement with your details, the commissions it includes, any withholding that applies and the amount transferred to you, and leaves it in your dashboard. By requesting the payout you accept that statement. If you are a company or self-employed and resident outside the European Union, you may also attach your own invoice; it does not change the amount.
- Withholdings. When Spanish law requires a withholding on your commissions, FastInvit applies it, pays it to the Spanish Tax Agency on your behalf and transfers the rest to you. You see the breakdown in your dashboard before requesting the payout. In particular: if you are a private individual or self-employed and resident in Spain, the income tax (IRPF) withholding; if you are resident outside Spain, the non-resident income tax withholding, unless your country has a double taxation treaty with Spain and you have proven your residence as set out below.
- Tax residency certificate. If you are resident outside Spain in a treaty country, you can upload from your dashboard a tax residency certificate issued by your country's tax authority, in your name, proving your residence for the purposes of the treaty with Spain. Once FastInvit has validated it, and while it remains valid (normally one year from issue), your payouts have no withholding in Spain and you declare your income in your country. FastInvit may decline to validate it if it does not meet these requirements, and will tell you why; until a valid certificate is in place, the withholding applies.
- FastInvit pays within 30 days of the request (if an invoice applies to you, of receiving a correct one); in practice, we usually pay in under 48 hours. Payment is made by SEPA transfer to your IBAN or to your PayPal account, always in euros. Any fees your bank or PayPal charge to receive the payment are borne by you.
- If the invoice is not correct or there is a problem with your payout details, we will reject the request and tell you why, and your commissions will become available again so you can request them once more.
- While a request is open you cannot change your tax or payout details. If you change your legal name, tax ID, country, how you take part (company, self-employed or private individual) or the year you registered as self-employed, we will review the new details before your next payout.
8. Your statement about how you get paid
When you sign up you state that your tax details are true and, depending on your case: that you can issue legal invoices for your commissions (companies and self-employed professionals resident in Spain); that you are paid as a private individual, without a company or self-employed registration, and accept the statement for each payout (private individuals); or that you accept the statement for each payout (companies and self-employed professionals resident outside Spain). If your situation changes, update your details from your dashboard: if the new details call for a different statement, we will ask you for it again. If your statement turns out to be false, or your situation changes and you do not tell us, it will be treated as a breach of these Terms (section 10).
9. How you must promote FastInvit
- Your link and your code are not for you. Using them on your own purchases, or on those of accounts you control, is forbidden. We check who buys with each link and each code: if we detect that use, we will remove you from the Program immediately and you will lose all commissions that have not been paid to you (section 10).
- Disclose advertising. Every time you share your link or your code you must make clear that it is a commercial partnership (for example, with #ad), in line with the advertising rules of your country. In Spain this includes, where applicable, Law 13/2022 on Audiovisual Communication and Royal Decree 444/2024 on influencers.
- Do not bid on our brand. You may not buy search ads (Google Ads or others) on the words “FastInvit” or “Fast Invit”, or on variants or misspellings of them, nor use the brand in domains, profiles or ads that could make people think you are FastInvit.
- Do not post your code on coupon sites. You may not post your link or your code on coupon, discount or deal websites or apps, or in groups or forums dedicated to sharing codes. Sales coming through those channels do not generate commission and, if it happens again, it will be treated as a breach of these Terms (section 10).
- No spam, no tricks. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, do not force clicks or set cookies without the person actually visiting FastInvit (cookie stuffing, hidden windows, iframes and similar practices), and do not generate fake sign-ups or purchases.
- Be truthful. Do not make false or misleading claims about FastInvit, its prices or its features, and do not offer discounts or benefits that FastInvit has not authorised.
10. Suspension and end of your participation
- Leaving voluntarily. You can leave the Program at any time by deleting your affiliate account from your dashboard; if you have an open payout request, it is settled first. When you delete the account you lose your pending commissions and any available commissions you have not requested: if you have reached the minimum, request your payout first.
- Suspension. FastInvit may suspend your participation while it reviews a possible breach. During the suspension your link and your code do not earn commissions and you cannot request payouts; your balance is frozen until the matter is resolved.
- End due to a breach. If you breach these Terms, FastInvit may end your participation by telling you by email. In that case you lose all commissions that have not been paid to you, including those in an open payout request.
- End without a breach. FastInvit may end your participation without any breach on your part, or close the Program, by telling you by email. From then on your link and your code no longer earn commissions, and we will pay you all the commissions generated up to that point as they are released, even if they do not reach the minimum, with the invoice or statement that applies to you (section 7).
11. Changes to these Terms
FastInvit may change these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, you can ask us to leave the Program before they take effect: we will treat it as an end without a breach (section 10) and pay you everything you have generated.
12. Relationship between the parties
You take part in the Program independently. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, representation or partnership relationship between you and FastInvit, and there is no exclusivity on either side. You cannot bind FastInvit towards third parties. You are responsible for your own tax and social security obligations, including declaring the commissions you receive wherever applicable; the withholdings FastInvit applies are those required by Spanish law and are deducted from what it transfers to you.
13. Personal data
We process your data (identification, tax and payout details, the invoices and tax residency certificates you upload, your payout statements and your account's activity in the Program) to manage your participation and pay you, and we keep it for the periods required by accounting and tax law, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Your tax ID and your payout account are stored encrypted. To meet its tax obligations, FastInvit reports to the Spanish Tax Agency the payments it makes to you and the withholdings applied to them, with your identification and tax details.
You will never see the identity of the customers you bring: your dashboard only shows the date, the pack, the price region and your commission for each sale. You must not try to identify them by other means.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FastInvit's liability towards you in connection with the Program is limited to the amount of the commissions owed to you under these Terms. FastInvit does not guarantee any volume of sales or commissions.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain).
